The Minutes of a Parish Meeting held in the Village Hall on January 16th 1922.
This meeting was held to discuss a proposal from the Driffield Rural District Council re putting up a pump at the Beck at Kirkburn. It was resolved that the Parish of Tibthorpe bear one half of the cost on condition that the Parishioners of Tibthorpe have the right of obtaining water from the said pump at any and all times.
It is many years since we have exercised our rights to this water!
